The website is not responding or returning information slowly
There are several possible reasons for slow response time on the Internet in general, and on our web-site in particular. At certain times of the day, Internet usage can become very heavy, which slows down everybody. The problem may also be with your computer. Below are some suggestions to speed up your response time:
- Visit the website during the morning hours, or later in the evening, when Internet traffic tends to be less than at peak hours.
- Clear out the History, Cookies and Temporary Internet Files of your browser. These options are accessible from the “Tools” section of your browser and then in the “General” tab of your pull-down menu.
You can also close other applications that you are using in order to free up memory for your browser to use.

The server does not have a DNS entry
- The address you entered contains an error — either yours or your sources. Go ahead and double check the address you entered. Make sure you have capitalized the letters that need to be capitalized and have spelled everything correctly.
- Our website or server is busy. When this is the case, try pulling up the site again. Often times you can get through on the second try even if it is immediately after your first try.
The website and/or server you were trying to open is down. Try again in a little bit.
If DNS errors persist, please contact your Internet Access Provider to request that they update their locally cached DNS files. This will probably enable you to access our website.

Error 404 - File Not Found
Error 404, which is the file not found error, means that our server is unable to find the file or program corresponding to the document you have asked for.
The file not found error can occur for several reasons:
- Typo — if the URL wasn’t specified correctly, then our server will be looking for a file of the wrong name.
- Missing file — it's possible that the file has been removed, renamed or is otherwise temporarily or permanently unavailable.

To choose a new Password, you will be asked for further identity verification information such as a shared secret (mother's maiden name, city of birth, etc.).
