I ordered a bed from you on Monday, around 9am. 50 hrs later it was decompressing in my room. I hadn't slept more than 2 hrs a night since last Thursday, the weekends being even busier for me. When I first looked at BedinaBox.com I was skeptical because of the unbelievably low prices. I decided to try it out anyway and I'm glad I did.

When the mattress arrived I was surprised because the package was so small. The bed is packaged with a vacuum seal so the box is very small and easily transported (so if you miss the delivery somehow picking it up yourself shouldn't be a problem if you have a decent sized car).

We have one of your queen size mattresses on our boat and LOVE it. More than our Sleep Number adjustable bed at home!!

We are looking into cockpit cushions for the boat now and wonder if your product would be ok to put in a cockpit? With Sunbrella fabric as a cover?

This cockpit is completely enclosed 99% of the time with a canvas and Eisenglass curtains and the cushions will probably not get really wet ever, but would be on a sailboat on the ocean with the sun coming in the cockpit and the ocean humidity etc.

Can you recommend one of your products for this use? We currently have a 1" hard foam horrible old needs to be replaced cushions.....

We probably would want 2-3" foam from you if you think your products would be appropriate????? Also if we provided measurements, can you send them custom cut?

My husband and I used to fight to get out of bed in the morning. Not because our bed was so comfortable, but because we hurt so badly from sleeping on a traditional innerspring mattress. I am a skeptic, and when I first came across BedinaBox I thought, "not another me-too!". The low price gave me pause, but the reviews looked good, and the scientific basis (not to mention BASF technology) for the product did not seem hyped. What finally sold me was the trial period - I figured, why not? So I ordered my King PacDown and crossed fingers.

I have suffered from lower back pain for years, and did a lot of research on what mattress would be best for a back pain sufferer. I just want to start out by saying that I am not an avid on-line shopper. I am one who likes to try out or see what I am buying. With Bed-In-A-Box you don't have to feel like you are taking a chance like playing the lottery. This company delivers what they say and say what you need to know about this great mattress.

My husband and I have slept on a Cal. King water-bed for over 15 years. His back started bothering him a few months ago. We figured it was the bouncing around on farm equipment that was the culprit. He felt it was the water-bed not giving him enough support for his back. I got on-line and started looking and researching my options. I found Bed-In-A-Box. I was pretty convinced at what I would like to get from them. WE went to a mattress store and checked out the Tempurpedic brands. I wanted my husband to try the foam beds to see if he could lay on one without the pain. We checked out a mattress that was similar in size as one on the Bed-In-A-Box website. My husband stated that the Tempurpedic brand hurt his back more than the water-bed. I got on the phone with reps at Bed-In-A-box and they answered all my questions and I felt confident this was what we needed. I thought the Tempurpedic felt heavy and mushy. With Bed-In-A-Box mattresses you don't get that "sleeping in a hole" feeling. Their mattress feels lighter yet firm and comfortable. We decided on the 13" PacBamboo. We went with the taller mattress by recommendations of this mattress being for heavier people, which my husband is. This mattress fit into our existing waterbed frame. It did not feel heavy, other than packing it into the house,which is understandable because it is a Cal. King size mattress. The first night we slept on it was like a dream. My husband did not move all night. Before he would toss and turn several times a night. This mattress has great control on the motion transfer. You can not feel the other person move even if they do during the night. The ordering was easy once you figured out what you wanted. This company is a very helpful, very knowledgable and ready to deliver a Grade A product to your door.

As far as having an odor, this mattress has a very slight odor, but it is not a toxic, overbearing one. It is like smelling a new pair of dress pants or even less odor than new carpet. It did not fill the room nor did it affect our sleep at all. The one thing you may need to get used to is the feeling of the buttocks area feeling a little warmer than the rest of your body. It is not an uncomfortable feeling and it is for just a short time after you adjust to it. It is something you will not be used to before as this mattress supports your hips great., thus the sinking of your buttocks a little more into the mattress. The only complaint my husband has about this mattress now is that I sleep better and it makes me snore! That is another story for another product!

For the most part, Bed-In-A-Box delivered a top grade product as they stated and with no hassles or snags. I talked to a couple of people on the phone and found them most helpful, and knowledgable. This company is a small company with a Big Delivery of a very wonderful product. I can't say enough about the representation and the prompt service.

For all those skeptics out there that like to see or feel what they are buying, let Bed-In-A-Box be your guide dog. You do not have to fear that you will not like what you buy or will have a problem returning what you purchased because they have a marvelous procedure that is a great policy in my book. If returning a mattress, for whatever reason, you are required to take the mattress to a shelter or some non-profit organization where the mattress will be put to good use to benefit someone less fortunate, and you need to get proof of that transaction. Then, Bed-In-A-box will return your money or send you another mattress. Now to me, that is a HUMANITARIAN COMPANY! Bed-in-a-box foam mattress is the best!! I am not usually one to take the time to write a review. However, purchasing a new mattress set does take a lot of trust from those who've tried the product when you are purchasing over the Internet and can not see or try out the product. We have had a Tempur-Pedic mattress for three years and absolutely love it.

When the time came to set up our guest room in our new home, of course we wanted another foam mattress but definitely did not want to invest that kind of money in our guest room. So I started researching a less expensive foam mattress. Although I was pretty skeptical at how I could purchase one from Bed-in-a-box for one third the price we paid for our Tempur-pedic, the testimonials I read convinced me that it was a pretty safe bet. After all it was for our guest room and so I thought I'd take the chance and give it a try.

Of course after getting our bed-in-a-box set up, we had to sleep in the guest room and give it a try. We could not tell any difference between the two beds. In fact I swapped them without telling my husband, and since neither of us saw a difference, it is still on our bed today, almost one year later. I have told all my family and friends to save the extra money and go with bed-in-a-box. Why not get 3 new beds in your home for the price of one?

We bought the PacDown Memory Foam Mattress and foundation through Bedinabox.com. We were skeptical of buying a mattress online and also the quality of it because of the low cost. We received the mattress within 2 days of ordering and the foundation came the very next day after ordering. (We had two separate orders) It arrived vacuum sealed in a tote which was very thoughtful. The foundation was very easy to assemble. When we opened the mattress it gently expanded completely within minutes. It was so comfortable. Like everybody else in the late 80's, I bought a waterbed. Twenty years later, I still love the frame, specially the under-the-frame storage, but I was getting tired of the noise and having to remove bubbles from the mattress. So, I ordered a new California king mattress from Bedinabox.com. It was delivered to my door in a relatively small box, which I was able to bring upstairs by myself. I was kind of concerned, but when I broke the plastic bag, a miracle happened, and the mattress inflated by itself in less than a minute. It fits my old waterbed frame like a globe.

This is the most comfortable mattress ever. It is firm because it rests on the plywood waterbed frame. Yet, it is soft because of the memory foam. I've had it for over a year now, and it is still just as new. I love it so much, that I bought another one for my daughter Victoria.

Actually, I did have some problems when I first received my mattress. Even though the box did say "California king," it really was a standard king. I was worried, because once you open the box, there is no way you can put the mattress back inside to return it. I called Bedinabox and they sent me a new one, along with two guys to pick up the old one, even though their headquarters are 100's of miles from my home. Great job, Bedinabox!

I recently bought a 9" mattress with the Pac Bamboo cover, and this bed is so nice it's ridiculous! It's everything I've ever wanted in a bed in every conceivable way. The most amazing thing is that my wife agrees! Before we got this bed, we were constantly at odds with each other when it came to our mattress. We were at opposite ends of the spectrum with her preferring a very soft bed and myself preferring a very firm bed. We were so opposite that after trying several beds including different foam types and traditional spring types, we could find no compromise that was even close to satisfying both of us to any acceptable degree. Even the 2-sided, adjustable type bed wasn't an acceptable compromise as we like to sleep close together, which doesn't lend itself to the dual firmness option. So a bed that we both loved seemed to be the impossible dream - until now! Not only do we BOTH like this bed, we BOTH LOVE it more than any other bed EITHER of us has ever tried! It doesn't seem possible, but it's true, and we are both very grateful for such an awesome product! BedInABox is a great matress. I work at hospital and am always on call, I have a very busy schedule. I had recently become hapily very single and needed a new bed quick. We had a regular spring mattress for years, but it was getting old and was kind of small (full size). We decided to upgrade. Now I have lower back pain, so I wanted a comfortable and supportive mattress. I wasn't sure how I felt about getting a Memory Foam Mattress, but the wife was insistent.
