To this point in time, I have never sent a testimonial to anybody, but I canit help but write you guys a testimonial for your mattresses.

My wife and I bought a king-size mattress from you about 6 months ago. We put a lot of time into the decision of buying a mattress, because at the time we were getting ready to be married, and we needed a quality mattress at the lowest price possible. We probably researched hundreds of websites, went into countless stores, and talked to whoever we could to become well informed about this decision. We did not want to get stuck with a crappy mattress. When we found out about BedInABox.com, we hesitated because it didn't seem like a quality memory foam mattress could truly be purchased so inexpensively. Even when your website informed us youire your price is so cheap simply because companies over-charge for mattresses; that no one should pay $2,000 for any mattress; and that you are just trying to make an honest living by charging an honest price, we were still highly skeptical at ordering a mattress over the internet when we had never tried or tested it. We figured at such a low price there had to be a catch...

So over the course of the following 2-3 weeks we called BedInABox up multiple times to get questions answered, and the people who we talked to were very friendly. During that time we continued to shop around and research other mattresses, comparing every mattress we could find to the BedInABox mattress. We found good deals at other places; my brother even works at a dealership that purchases mattresses in bulk direct from the manufacturers, and in turn they furnish hotels with mattresses as well as other furnishings. His company doesnit even sell direct to the public, but he gets employee benefits where, at any time, he could get us a quality mattress at the price that his company pays the manufacturer... at no profit to his company! Everyone in my family has bought a mattress from him because the prices are "too good to be true", and they are high quality mattresses. However, NONE of those deals, even my brotheris best deal at zero profit to his company, came even CLOSE to the price we would pay for a BedInABox mattress. Since he is my brother, we sought his advice in whether or not to trust the offer we found on BedInABox.com. Since many of the mattresses they sell are also memory foam, he wondered at how the price could be so low.

We were still very skeptical ordering from the internet, never having laid on the bed, but in many conversations with BedInABox support, we were assured every single time that we have a 120-day in home trial, and that if there were any problems, BedInABox would do everything possible to make us a happy customer.

Though that didn't remove ALL of our reservations, we proceeded to order the BedInABox mattress. The first night of sleep was the most amazing night of rest I had had to that point in my life! I always thought I slept just fine through the nights, but when I slept on my new BedInABox mattress, I could not believe what I have been missing out all this time!

I have had back problems for years. I have had two surgeries (upper and lower) and still had pain in the mornings when I woke up. I had bought a set of mattresses less than 5 years ago and this was the worse mattresses I have ever had. In the mean time my wife had started having back problems she had a neck surgery and then started having low back pain. We thought maybe a new mattress would help. Cloud nine is what we call our new bed in a box mattress. We had an old spring mattress and were looking for a memory foam to replace it but could not afford all the fancy name brands so just by great luck I found the bed in a box website and was elated. I looked it over carefully and then gave them a call to check them out. I found that they were very helpful and positive with no hard sell just a few recommendations and I felt very positive with the information that I received and made an order right then an there. In less than a week we received our new mattress and it was so easy to get into the house and on the bed frame. When it opened up and expanded the memory foam side was on top so all I had to do was add sheets and it was ready to sleep on. The first night we knew that we had a winner. We woke up with no sore spots unlike the old spring mattress. Each night now we look forward to going to bed knowing that we will get a great night's rest and be ready for a new day without having to get rid of back and leg pain. Did I mention we are both seniors nearing our 70,s so as great as it is for us I have recommended it many times and am getting ready to buy another one for a guest bed. As a family that loves dogs, Carmel, our six year old, has taken over the bed during the day and just loves the comfort. She hardly ever got on the old spring mattress. We received our new mattress. I have to let you know how much we love it. I have had two back surgeries over the past ten years and I would always hurt especially at night trying to find a comfortable way to sleep. I would toss and turn all night and keep my husband awake. Thanks for the follow-up note. I've yet to unwrap this bed however it is my

second one; I purchased one about this time last year. It was the 11 inch Pac bed model and "oh boy is it comfortable!" I have family coming into town and wanted to upgrade to a finer PacBamboo product and I had your web page booked marked. One of the biggest selling points for me has been how fast the bed arrives. I don't remember what day I ordered the bed but it showed up two days later. To quote Gommer Pyle, "Shazam" it was here! Of course the other points are ease of moving it around and unwrapping and placing the bed. I've tried to tell people what a king size bed compressed into a giant sandwich bag looks like but they just look at me like I'm crazy. Kim I'm sure it will be as comfortable as my last PacBed and I'm hoping the sheets will fit it better; the 11 inch is nice and thick but my sheets slip off the corners. Ah well, that's a minor price to pay for a gentle and comfortable nights sleep.

I just wanted to let you guys know that I bought one of your beds, a 9" mattress with the Pac Bamboo cover, and this bed is so nice it's ridiculous! It's everything I've ever wanted in a bed in every conceivable way. The most amazing thing is that my wife agrees! Before we got this bed, we were constantly at odds with each other when it came to our mattress. We were at opposite ends of the spectrum with her preferring a very soft bed and myself preferring a very firm bed. We were so opposite that after trying several beds including different foam types and traditional spring types, we could find no compromise that was even close to satisfying both of us to any acceptable degree. Even the 2-sided, adjustable type bed wasn't an acceptable compromise as we like to sleep close together, which doesn't lend itself to the dual firmness option. So a bed that we both loved seemed to be the impossible dream - until now! Not only do we BOTH like this bed, we BOTH LOVE it more than any other bed EITHER of us has ever tried! It doesn't seem possible, but it's true, and we are both very grateful for such an awesome product! Thank you Kim for you interest on how we are doing with our purchase. As I am very pleased so far I will have nothing but good things to say. I am in the military and have a bad back due to a service related injury. Our new bed has been nothing but a comfort. I love sleeping on it. I actually go to bed early just to sleep on it as it relieves my pain in my lower back by supporting me. I love it, funny enough my wife actually had to get used to it as it has been so long since she had a new bed that her complaint was "its too flat" when she first lied down on it. That soon changed to acceptance and silence as she fell fast asleep on it :) I am happy with everything about the bed from the down comforter to the service and especially the price. So I saw your testimonials on the web site and thought - "Why would someone write a testimonial about a mattress?"

Well, here is mine.

My wife and I were in the market for a new mattress. She has some health issues with her leg and hip, and I was waking up with a sore back several days a week.  We went to the local mattress stores and tried all the different styles of mattresses. I am an engineer by degree, so I always do plenty of research before any major purchases. I had seen so much praise on memory foam mattresses that we decided to include them in our evaluation.

We determined that a memory foam mattress was significantly more comfortable for both of us, and decided that it would be our next mattress. So, again research - this time for price/quality comparisons. The lowest cost I found in a store was near $2000 for a king mattress. I am an avid internet shopper, so I looked into all the internet sources, and came across BedInABox.  The staff was helpful, the information was candid, and the price was significantly lower than most others. I ordered on a Friday, and had it by the middle of the following week. We slept on it the first night, and although it was very comfortable, we did not have the peaceful sleep we expected. But by the third night, after a little acclimation, we were sleeping soundly. After about a month now, my wife does not like sleeping at our summer house or on our boat because she misses her mattress. Looks like I will be ordering two more for next summer.

So why does someone write a testimonial about a mattress- Because testimonials are an important tool when researching a mattress, and I wanted to contribute to the next prospective buyer's analysis.

Hi: Steve asked that I send my opinion of my new mattress. I did extensive research on memory foam mattresses and this is the second one I have purchased. All of the claims at the website are true, especially the better heat distribution than competitor mattresses. Additionally, the mattress has great support, but does not have the extra firm feel of the previous mattress I owned and better support than the tempurpedic mattresses I tested in stores. My boyfriend had never slept on a memory foam mattress and loves it as well.

I was very pleasantly surprised at the price, speedy delivery, and the box for my queen-sized bed would fit in an average car so I had it shipped to my office instead of having to take time off work to wait for the delivery. My boyfriend and I carried the queen-sized mattress I purchased up 2 flights of stairs easily because of the way the mattress was packed. I also slept on the mattress with no mattress pad and it was quite comfortable, however, as the website states the goose down mattress pad does distribute body heat more evenly without taking away from the support of the mattress.

We just wanted you to know how happy we are with our new mattresses that we purchased from you. We needed to replace our mattress which was 15 years old as well as the ones for our kids which we had purchased when they were little. Their mattresses were spring and they were complaining about waking up with back pain now that one is a teenager and the other one is almost one. We visited our neighborhood mattress store where we happen to know the owners. We were looking into buying two twin mattresses for our boys and one king for ourselves.

We looked at the Tempurpedic which they sold but they wanted $4,000 for the mattresses. I told my wife there is no way I am paying that kind of money for mattresses. So we went home and I started doing some research on the internet about foam mattresses and I came across your website. I found your website very informative and the comments from your previous customers were very helpful. I was still skeptical about ordering mattresses from a website without first trying it out but the more I read your website the more confident I became.

My wife and I decided to order one of the twin mattresses first just in case we didn't like it we would only have to return one mattress instead of three. When the mattress arrived we set it up on one of the twin beds and I was the first one to lie on it. I said wow! This mattress feels much better that the Tempurpedic which was a lot harder. This one was just right. Not too hard but not too soft. As all of my family tried the mattress, everyone loved it. That night everyone wanted to sleep on it. In the next few days I ordered the other twin and the king for us. We purchased all three mattresses with the down cover for around $1,500 a savings of $2,500 over the Tempurpedic and we ended up with a much better mattress.

With my old mattress, I would often wake in the middle of the night to stretch my lower back. I found myself sleeping on the very edges of the bed where the springs were least degraded. A few weeks ago I began to research mattresses and stumbled across your website; yesterday my Pacdown arrived. I cannot begin to thank you all enough for your product and your service. This morning was the first in months I did not wake up stiff or in pain. I will recommend your mattresses, and have already begun, to all my friends and family.

My friend has had a foam mattress from one of your competitors for over a year now and is quite satisfied. Upon delivery of my new Pacdown, we attempted a layman's comparison of the two. Your lower density, 3-foot foam, is obviously superior. My friend's mattress took a noticeably longer time to recover from the pressure of a hand-print than did my own. I am convinced that this quick-recovery translates into a more comfortable night's rest and eliminates the smothering effect of which I have noticed some foam mattress owners complain.

I have always been a side-sleeper and have been uncomfortable on my back, stomach or without a pillow. I was confused at first, but then pleasantly surprised this morning when I awoke in the strangest of positions: I was face-down and had pushed away my pillow. Your mattresses are comfortable and supportive regardless the position. I have been spoiled by your product and will never be comfortable with anything less - and it's been one night.

Well, I was cleaning out my mailbox and I saw your note below. I did get the bed, finally. I think it was in December or January--I can't remember at the moment.

This bed is absolutely the best thing that ever happened to me. It took me (and my dog, Ivan) a couple of weeks to really settle in. For the first few days, I wasn't sure, then the following week, I was sleeping soundly and starting to really like the bed. Now, I cannot wait to go to bed and I hate to get up. I often go onto my bed on the weekends and take a short nap, when I used to always nap on the sofa. Only problem, it is hard to get out of it once you get in! I love the down cover. I sleep so cool, even with my down comforter. There is never any perspiring or any of the things I have been warned about, and there was absolutely no chemical odor! I have no more leg aches or joint aches - it is just wonderful.

As you can tell, I love my bed and my mom and dad plan on getting one too. They are in their mid and late 70's and I know they will really benefit from it. It takes a little time to make the adjustment, but once you do, you will NEVER go back to anything else. I have to let you know how happy I am with my purchase, and with the service we received.

I ordered my bed online on a Saturday afternoon. Sadly, I ordered the wrong mattress. I wanted the queen pacdown, but had ordered the regular pacbed. I called your toll free number hoping I could at least leave a message, and to my surprise the phone was answered immediately. I did mention this was a Saturday afternoon, right? In less than two minutes the gentleman had corrected my mistake, and sent me a confirmation email showing the corrected information.

We received our bed on Wednesday. I was a little leery of the whole memory foam idea. I had slept on a Tempurpedic mattress, and hated it. I thought it was HOT, and every time I rolled over I had to cope with lumps for quite some time before the mattress adjusted to my new position. My husband recently injured his back, and his doctor had prescribed a memory foam mattress, so I had decided to just be uncomfortable if it helped his back. We even got to pay for it with flex-plan funds, since the doctor had written a prescription.

To my surprise, your mattress is everything you said it would be, and more. Not hot, and it has such a quick recovery time. Of course, it's so comfortable that I don't actually move much at night anymore. I love it.

Oh yes, my hubby's back is feeling much better. After 10 days of sleeping on the new mattress he is pain free. He loves it.

We have thoroughly tested the mattress. (NO, not like that!) We both caught the flu right after the mattress arrived, and spent 20 plus hours per day in bed for five days or so. On a regular mattress that would have killed me. On the BedinaBox, it was like sleeping on a cloud. We love it!

I just wanted to let you know that I'm sold on your beds. From start to finish, the whole experience was positive. I admit I read every one of the reviews on your website before purchasing and was still a bit skeptical, only because I've never ordered a bed online. I also checked out several other venders, both online and in their stores, but kept coming back to your site. Any doubts I may have had were needless. I ordered the 11" PacDown Plus on a Saturday and the bed arrived on Friday. It was packed impressively well and the waterproof cover and goose down cover that come with it were added bonuses!

The bed is very comfortable and much less stiff than our Temporpedic mattress. The bed was purchased for a guest room, but now I'm considering switching the two! When I won my bed from Bedinabox.com, I was elated. First off, I had never won anything and secondly I desperately needed a new bed. The bed we had was one that my Great Grandmother had made back in the day and it was hard, very uncomfortable and was literally a pain to sleep on. I had one of those cheap egg crate foam things on it and no matter what I did, I could not get a good nights sleep on it. My memory foam bed arrived shortly after I started going to the ever so great Chiropractor for my back. He told me that my neck was out of whack for several reasons and specifically said sleeping the wrong way was a major contribution to my problems. He told me that I would be down there for treatments for a long time. Little did he know that I had won the new bed and was fixing to start sleeping better.

When I first got the bed, I was so enthused at how it would honestly mold to the shape of your body. We would just lay there and get back up to see our imprints. LOL. Dorky yes, but funny. The first few nights were a little hard to get used to. I mean when you are used to sleeping on a hard bed that doesn’t give with you, it takes some time to adjust to. But I did notice that once I fell asleep, I didn’t wake up in the middle of the night. I didn’t toss and turn and flipping and flopping around. I was actually getting a full nights sleep.

I love the fact too that I can get up out of bed and not disturb my husband or vice versa. My girls even love it and I have walked in to find them napping on my bed. LOL. And the best news is after going to the Chiropractor for only 2 months, he released me. And I honestly believe it’s due to my memory foam bed from BedinaBox. Take it from me, I went from someone who never slept and couldn’t stand straight to someone who is active again and fully functional because I can honestly get the best nights sleep I have ever had. I bought your bed and I have a complaint. When I lay down in it, I am so comfortable, I don't wanna get back up! But seriously, this product is AMAZING! I am a really big fella and I bought the mattress and foundation and was worried that they wouldn't hold up under my weight. Well, I've had the bed for about a month now, I've slept in it every night, I've even had other big people sit on it with me, and it doesn't give too much at all, and I'm talking about the twin size, too. Not only is it awesome quality, the delivery is amazingly quick! It was so quick, I didn't even have time to take down my old bed! I must get back to you and let you know what a wonderful experience it is to have a bed like this. About 22 years ago I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. It actually took several years of tests, many doctors for second and third opinions until it was finally determined that I had the progressive M.S. Neither my husband nor I really knew what to expect from this disease. We researched extensively to see what our future was going to hold for us. The more we read the more we ran across the word "bedridden". That brings us up to a few years ago.

When I went on S.S. Disability, I have always received what I needed. From canes to wheel chairs with no complications. When it came to a bed, well a different story. First, the regular mattress, hard as a rock. Medicare approved a gel mattress, an air mattress, a water mattress, and finally a foam mattress, none of which helped avoid the dreaded problems that face bed bound people. We searched the Internet and came across several Memory Foam sites, all were very expensive until we came across Bed in a Box. They were less expensive than the others Medicare had approved.

Anticipating no problems, I turned in the request. It was denied because the memory foam had not been tested or proved to be affective. Duh, let's test it. No, they would not allow me to test it, much less pay for it. I would have to pay for it myself. I quickly found funding through MSHelp. I have never ordered and received an item as efficently as I did with Bed in a Box. You guys are great!

After considering all the wants and needs of one who calls her bed home, I am ready to sing its praises. I am working toward getting the memory foam mattress, from Bed in a Box of course, recognized as a necessity for bedridden patients.

I was unable to find many comments about 'BedInABox' online, maybe 3 total, but they were all rave reviews. So I called the company & spoke to Tracy who was just covering the switchboard but she was informative & helpful & when she told me that she has one & really likes it she sounded so sincere not like a salesperson.

I took a shot & bought a queen size 'BedInABox' mattress. I paid $499.00 & if I had ordered it a bit earlier in the day I would have gotten it on Friday, but I had to wait til Mon for it. Needless to say all of a sudden my old mattress was feeling pretty good again, it was like when you go see a doctor for some ailment while your in his/hers waiting room you feel all better. I waited most of the day for the UPS truck to show up but being the start of Christmas shipping season the truck came later in the day then usual. UPS used a hand cart & helped me get the box in the door. It weighs 100 LB. Even though I knew how the bed was shipped, I'm still looking at this box & thinking, WHAT DID I DO? I walked the box across the floor & decided it was too late in the day to start draining the water (old bed was a waterbed that was made up of individual tubes filled with water) & trying to get it out of the house. Also the day was very very cold & I figured I'd give the mattress a night to get acclimated to the house temp. I looked at this box & again thought, WHAT DID I DO? There is no way this is gonna be good.

That night I was like a kid trying to sleep on Christmas Eve. The next day I opened the box & sitting on top was a mattress cover. I looked at it & then I realized hey this is a pretty good cover, it has a plastic back to prevent the mattress from ever getting wet & the other side is a soft material, so I'm thinking if this is any indication of things to come this will be great. The next package was the down cover. Since I didn't really know what to expect I thought it would be thicker, but again, I'm thinking cool, maybe this will work out. Then I looked back in the box & there is a large, really heavy duty bag that has a draw string top & part of a handle visible. I gotta tell ya I should have just cut open the side of the box, but noooo I had to take it out the top of the box, needless to say I can be a bit thickheaded/stubborn at times. OK so I wrestled with this for a few minutes & I won. Now I'm looking at a large plastic duffel bag that has my new mattress in it. All of a sudden I'm again thinking, WHAT DID I DO?

I actually walked out of the bedroom & looked at my old mattress thinking I could put it all back together & refilled by the time my wife got home. I walked back into the bedroom & figured what the he**, so I got the mattress out of the duffel bag which was kinda easy only to find that there were 2 more layers of plastic wrap on it. The first layer is kind of a thin plastic that just keeps the mattress rolled up, so I carefully removed that & then I realized that the mattress is in a vacuumed sealed bag, that has been folded in half & rolled really tight, ergo the outer plastic wrap. I wasn't sure how to place the folded mattress on the bed but I figured this was they least of my problems since here I am staring at a very very VERY thin piece of foam, thinking again, WHAT DID I DO? I placed the mattress on the foot of the bed & realized that I had to start cutting away the plastic bag so that I could unfold it. I got to tell ya I was really nervous& excited. As I started to cut into the edge of the bag I could hear air being sucked in, once I was able to unfold the mattress it really started expanding, I had no problem standing on the other side (uncut plastic side)& sliding it off of the mattress but all the time I'm doing this it keeps getting thicker & thicker.

I just stood there in amazement, this thin wafer had grown to an 11" thick mattress. After getting over my amazement I tried to figure if I had the right side up. All it took was just 1 press of the foam to realize that all was good. Again like a little kid opening a new toy I hurriedly put on the mattress cover & down cover top. Then the moment of truth-I laid down on it. EUREKA, this is really comfy, & unlike a Tempur-Pedic, that I had tried awhile back, when you roll over it comes back to being flat fast. Now I have only slept on this mattress for 8 days but I love it.

I have had spinal surgery & I see pain management doctors, but I really am feeling a bit better sleeping on this also I'm not waking up all night cause I'm uncomfortable, after my surgery if I want to roll over I usually sit half way up & move into a new position. I'm finding that I tend to sleep in the same position most of the night. I'm so happy that I took a shot & bought this mattress. I've actually recommended to someone that was looking into buying a Tempur-Pedic for their parents. I don't know what they did, but for me to recommend something it has to be borderline good to great. This might sound kinda strange but I love my 'BedInABox' mattress, it's just so comfortable.

I received your queen size 11" mattress with the down cover and the foundation about a month ago. My husband and I love it We are sleeping better, and I wake up with less aches and pains. My husband has suffered from insomnia for years, and he is sleeping better than ever on this mattress. We love the fact that we can use our electric blanket with this mattress, and still sleep with the window open in the winter. We also like the fact that one of us can come into or leave the bed early without waking the other.

We purchased a queen size PacBamboo 9" Memory Foam Mattress to replace an old "tube" waterbed mattress and the comfort that we have experienced is amazing. I stumbled onto this site through a friend, and deliberated a LOT about buying a bed online, without having tested it etc. After getting several personal responses from Steve, the VP, my trust was gained. And I am a very skeptical New Yorker! My King sized PacDown 9" bed/foundation arrived Friday and I'm still getting over how amazing it is! When we were looking for a memory bed we did our home work & thought "there has to be a source on the internet". There were 2 and the testimonials of BIB won our business, so here's just another testimonial for other buyers to read!

Thanks to the testimonials we were well prepared of what to expect upon receiving our new bed but still didn't expect it to arrive within 2 days - we WERE hopeing, though!

We were 'off' work for the weekend and planned that time to acclimate to this new sleep system for our existing adjustable base. Within 2 hours the mattress was on our bed... 14 hours later we awoke from the best sleep in years. The PacDown option was a perfect compromise for us as we have always worried about the HEAT of a foam bed and were aware that heat is part of the way the memory foam works.

This is the first time I have ever followed-up an online purchase with a letter, but in this case I had to. I received my PacDown mattress and foundation last week and am completely blown away! I was a bit skeptical about ordering a mattress online but I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. It is absolutely the most comfortable and supportive mattress I have ever slept on. In the past I would wake up 3 - 4 times a night and change my sleeping position. From the first night I was able to sleep the whole night through. We received our king sized pacdown bed last week and have never been happier. It is heaven every night. I was a little skeptical about ordering the mattress online but am glad I went through with the transaction. I do not feel my partner get up in the morning.....I get to sleep in. Hi, I just wanted to let you guys know that we have been sleeping on our new California King for about three or four weeks now and it is the greatest mattress we have ever had. We were thinking about getting one from Costco but they only had the regular King in the store and were not able to get the California King although it was in their warehouse and shown on the website.

I decided to surf the web and found your site and was surprised at the price, which was $100 less than Costco and you didn't charge for shipping. Great.

When the UPS guy got here with it he said he had been told by a friend that you should open it outside and then take it into the house. I didn't think that was a good idea and opened it in the house. I just wanted to let you know that the PacBamboo-Plus twin bed that I ordered for my mother is wonderful. I ordered it for her to have when she moved in with us in Aug. 2007. We were the first customers to have the newly produced bamboo cover for the bed. The bed is wonderful, as well as the cover. My mother sleeps very well on her bed. She had open-heart surgery in July 2007, so her comfort was very important to us.

Ok, So let me start by saying that I am a complete skeptic! I never believe anything that sounds too good to be true. Your foam mattress deal was something I couldn't believe. We have a european bed and needed a special size mattress. I had been looking for one for months and had checked out all of the major memory foam companies. I kept getting quotes that varied from $2,500 to 3,000+. Then I came across your website and I thought, "No way, this can't be real...look at these prices!" I called right away and asked a load of questions. Your customer service rep. Tracy(sp?) was so great in answering all of them. She was so helpful in giving me the information I needed. She even called me back with extra information and answers. I got a quote that was unbelievable and even had to take a week to decided if this was too good to be true. I did more research and could find nothing negative about this company. We finally decided to make the order for our special sized bed. The memory foam mattress came in a week, along with the waterproof pad and down mattress pad. I was blown away with the fast delivery. Every other company said a special order would take 6-10 weeks. We put it on our foundation and WOW! This mattress is amazing! It feels so good and is soft and supportive at the same time...the ultimate comfort! My husband has terrible back pain from so many years of service in the ARMY and this mattress is perfect for him. How could this be real??? A company with outstanding customer service, where you speak with a real person every time, a great product that lives up to it's promises and expectations, and fast shipping, all at an unbelievably low price! I will tell you that I was skeptic about the bed in a box memory foam mattress. A dear friend of mine kept insisting that I order one and promised me that I would certainly feel much better. I was leery of something being such a great product for virtually less money than you could get at the store. I had back surgery 5 years ago and have suffered with a great deal of pain in my leg and hip and lower back. I literally found it more comfortable to sleep on the floor. I had not had a descent night sleep in more than 5 years and had even bought a new mattress before my back surgery. I will tell you that I don't toss and turn to fall asleep every night. I don't wake up in the middle of the night miserable with pain and I wake up in the morning with absolutely no pain. If I had known this would solve my problems I would have done this a long time ago and saved myself a lot of money in chiropractor and doctor visits.
