What is the BedInABox.com Return Policy?
BedInABox has the easiest and best mattress Return Policy in the entire industry. It is simple and fair and demonstrates our confidence in our product. Purchasing on the Internet can be risky, especially when dealing with companies which have a limited or no track record.

BedInABox has virtually eliminated any risk to you.

We offer a 120 In-Home Trial Period. During this period, we offer a Triple Guarantee.

  1. The first part of our Guarantee states that at any time from the date you receive your mattress through the 120th day following that date, you may elect to simply return the mattress and receive a 100% no-questions-asked refund. You pay the shipping back to us. There is no re-stocking fee or other hidden charges. We expect the mattress to be returned in reasonably clean condition.
  2. The second part of our Guarantee states that at any time from the date you receive your mattress through the 120th day following that date, you may choose to simply donate your mattress to a local charity where you live. Get a receipt from the charity. (The charity must be a registered non-profit, 501-C3 such as Good Will, The Salvation Army, a hospice, church, etc.) We will deduct $150 from your refund and credit back the balance as soon as we receive the receipt. If you have purchased a PacBamboo mattress and you decide to donate it to a charity, you must return the cover to us along with the receipt in order to receive your refund.
  3. The third part of our Guarantee states that if after trying our mattress for 90 days, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may simply call us for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and we will pay to have it picked up and returned to us. We will provide a complete refund the next business day following the pick-up of the mattress. You have from the 90th day to the 120th day to request a RMA number. This option is so that you give the mattress a fair trial without risk of any kind.

This is the best and fairest Return Policy in the entire mattress industry!

NOTE: BedInABox.com has never and will never re-sell a mattress which has been returned to us. All of our returns are donated to charity.

What items may be returned?
Any mattress or foundation may be returned (or donated to charity-according to the terms of part #2 of our Triple Guarantee) within 120 days of receipt for a refund according to the terms of our Triple Guarantee. If part #1 is chosen, it is the customers’ responsibility to pay for all shipping and handling charges to return the item or items back to BBL. A return authorization number is required for all returns. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-588-5720 to obtain a RMA number. If part #3 is chosen, simply contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-588-5720 to obtain a RMA number.

Do you charge a restocking fee?
If a product is returned for any reason there will be no restocking fee.

What happens if a product is damaged during shipping?
If a product arrives to you damaged, we recommend that you inspect the product carefully as some boxes may be slightly damaged during shipping. We package our mattresses in waterproof, rip-proof bags and it is extremely unlikely that your mattress was damaged during shipping. Give our Customer Service Department a call at 1-800-588-5720 and inform us what has happened. We will contact UPS and take care of the damaged product(s). After the damaged product has been shipped back to us, we will immediately start processing another order and get it to you as quickly as possible.

How do I repackage the product to return it?
If you choose part #1 of our Triple Guarantee, you will need to get a mattress box to return the mattress. Call us at 1-800-588-5720 and we will help you find a carrier who can pick up the box to return it to us as inexpensively as possible.

What if I change my mind and want to cancel my order?
We generally process orders within 24 hours of when they are placed.  If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us by phone at 1-800-588-5720 or by e-mail at support@bedinabox.com  within this 24 hour period to have the best chance at catching your order before we ship it. Please be sure you are ordering exactly what you want. If you change your mind and want to cancel your order after it has already been shipped, you can refuse the delivery but you will be responsible for all shipping charges.

What if I want to return a Mattress?
If for any reason our mattress should fall short of your expectations before the end of 120 days, contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-588-5720.

How do I return a product when it is ready for return shipping?

  1. Contact our Customer Service department to obtain a RMA number. You may do this in one of two ways:
    1. Call us at: 1-800-588-5720 and one of our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you.
    2. E-mail our service department and a customer service representative will answer your inquiry within 1 business day.
  1. Be sure to include a copy of your invoice with a brief note explaining the reason for return and make sure it has the RMA number on it. 
  1. Repackage any item(s) in a suitable shipping box with plastic wrapping so UPS will accept it. Please include the RMA# on the address label. Remember to include the invoice with your RMA number.
  1. BBL cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or misdirected during shipping. We will only credit you for items received back in our warehouse with proper documentation.

  1. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund credit will be issued or a new item will be sent, as specified on your return packing slip. Credits are processed within 1 business day of receipt of return.

What if I refuse delivery of my shipment?
If you refuse an item that is delivered by UPS and there is nothing wrong with the package, it will be returned to us and those refused orders will be subject to round trip shipping charges before a refund is issued.
