The estimated delivery date for the Prodigy is 5-10 business days and ships free. An optional White Glove Delivery Service is available for an additional $200 (split beds ship as 2 units for $400) and includes bed set up, testing and removal of the packaging. White Glove Service is recommended by the manufacturer and is well worth it.

Curbside Delivery

Your adjustable bed(s) will be transported to a local delivery agent via a line-haul carrier. The local delivery agent will call you to schedule a delivery appointment: Deliveries are made between the hours of 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday and will be scheduled as a 4 hour window. Your item will be delivered on a lift gate truck and will be taken off the truck by the truck driver at the curb. The driver will not take the adjustable bed to your doorstep.

Upon delivery please inspect the adjustable bed(s). You will be required to sign a Proof of Delivery receipt. Please note any damage on this receipt or, if refusing a delivery due to damage please note "refused due to damage" on the receipt. Please inspect the merchandise thoroughly prior to the delivery agent's departure.

White Glove Delivery

White Glove Delivery provides in-home delivery and light assembly as well as removal of all packaging materials. Our White Glove delivery charge for 1 adjustable bed is $200. If you purchase a Split Queen, King, Cal-King, the delivery charge is $400.

White Glove Delivery Service is available in most areas within the Continental US. Additional delivery fees are required if you are located outside of a regular delivery service area. If you are located outside of the regular delivery service area you will be notified by email of additional delivery charges before your order is shipped. Extraordinary delivery conditions may require an additional fee to be paid. Delivery is not available to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.

Possible Additional Fees:
*Extra Person Charge - Each extra person(s) charge for very large items that may need to be lifted above a staircase railing or go through a window on a second floor, etc. there will be an additional $65.00 per delivery or per hour whichever is greater.
*Stairs Charge - After the first two floors a $25.00 charge will be applied.
