Description
The Pragma Bed™ frame was created just in time for the mattress revolution!
Memory foam mattresses don't need box springs. In fact, a flexible box spring under a memory foam mattress may be detrimental to your comfort. Memory foam mattresses need a flat, stable base, or simply - a Pragma Bed™ frame. It is the perfect base for your new memory foam mattress, or any conventional mattress you currently use.
The Pragma Bed™ Bi-Fold frame is engineered to provide maximum comfort during your most relaxing hours of the day, and versatile enough to be folded in under 15 seconds and stored under a bed or in a closet. The only storage requirement for a twin Pragma Bed™ frame is a space of 39.5" x 21.75" x 5.25". The Pragma Bed™ frame sits 14" off the ground creating 21.875 cubic feet of space, per single bed frame, underneath the bed so you can store your suitcase or any other bulky items that may be in your way.
Away with the box spring!!! The Pragma Bed™ frame is engineered with heavy-duty wire mesh, which serves as a complete mattress support system, which will not bend or sag with time. This strong yet lightweight design can resist up to 1200 lbs per twin bed frame. The total weight of a twin bed frame is 23.75 lbs.
Assembly? All Pragma Bed™ frames come already assembled; the only work you need to do is pull it out of the box, unfold the Pragma Bed™ frame and place it in its designated space. If you wish to store your Pragma Bed™ frame just fold it up and hide it away. All bed frames, except the twin size frame, come in packages of two bed frames that once joined make up the desired bed size. Example: for a queen size bed, our customer will receive two bed frames that folded together have the following dimensions, 30.25" x 23" x 10.75" and a total of 36.8 lbs.
We also offer optional mounting brackets. With these brackets, you can easily attach the bed frame to an existing headboard or footboard. These brackets are designed to fit easily to the corners of the frames and are made of the same durable and sturdy steel as the rest of the frame. These brackets are only needed if you intend to use with a headboard or footboard.
