The Mattress
Our memory foam mattresses are made with Pluracel Vx™memory foam by BASF. This is state-of-the-art memory foam technology and boasts superior qualities over other memory foams. Our mattresses have 6 inches of High Resiliency (HR) foam, which provides a long lasting, support base for the 3 inches of BASFPluracel Vx™memory foam which is laminated on top. The superior quality of this foam, even at a 3 pound density is durable enough for the manufacturer to offer a full 10-year replacement warranty and a 20-year limited warranty.
Increased Temperature Range
Typical memory foams have a very narrow temperature range in which they exhibit their design characteristics. This range is usually only about 20°, typically from about 70° to 90° Fahrenheit. Using Dual Peak Technology™, BASF has dramatically increased this range.Pluracel Vx™memory foam will perform to spec from 40° to 100° - more than adequate to meet consumer bedding usage standards.
