A quality product is sometimes hard to find these days- especially over the internet. At BedInABox.com we are confident that the mattresses we have spent the last few years developing with our suppliers is the absolute best we can offer. Our unique foam is innovative, durable, and performs better than older types of foam. We choose to use American suppliers to ensure efficacy, avoiding cheaper imported foam that is often inconsistently poured and unregulated. We have sent our products to independent labs to certify that they are hypoallergenic and do not contain harmful chemicals. They have been pressure mapped to ensure maximum comfort. Our pledge is to offer a quality product that can help improve the 1/3 of your life that is spent in bed, thus improving your overall well being and health- the real benefit of deep, restful sleep.

Affordability

We promise to offer our high-quality mattresses at the lowest price possible. Our unique packaging allows us to ship quickly and inexpensively from our facility directly to your home. No markup for the 'middleman', no commission paid to salesmen, no expensive freight, and no TV marketing campaigns that run in the 100s of millions of dollars. We don’t pass these expenses to our customers because they do not exist.

We conserve energy and use the most efficient means we can to assemble, package, and process orders. Our goal is to continuously improve our systems and methods to keep costs low and pass the savings on to you.

Customer Care

Our Customer Care Program is committed entirely to our current and prospective customers. We have friendly, highly trained Customer Care Representatives on staff who are glad to help make your decision a more informed one that will better suit your needs.

Recently we have implemented state-of-the-art software to drastically improve the efficiency of our Customer Care Program. No more lost, unanswered emails or post-it notes falling off monitors never to be addressed. Everything we receive is time stamped and immediately accessible by all available representatives. We promise to answer all questions accurately, and in a timely manner.

Feel free to visit our Customer Care Center anytime and let us know if we can help you. Customer Care Representatives are on staff Monday through Friday 8am-5pm EST. Additional staff monitor our system over the weekends and nights, but sometimes are unable to answer all enquiries before the next business day due to their high volume.
