I am so pleased with this mattress of yours. I usually am hesitant about ordering such an important item via the internet without actually seeing/feeling it. I have had a Spring Air mattress for 4 yrs and don't know why I lived with it for so long. Except of course, the dang thing was really expensive and I wanted my money's worth! After the second night on the new mattress, I no longer had hip and lower Back Pain in the morning. I sleep on my side and the Spring Air was killing me. My wife and I have been sleeping on your bed for over 5 years. I guess that me sending you this comment after 5 years of sleeping on your bed says that I and my wife are still ecstatic about the comfort that we have loved during that that time. My wife has had 8 Back surgeries, including 2 rods to support her spine. She insisted on having her doctor write a prescription for a hospital bed, but after reading your site, I sent away for a special you were having on your top of the line king size bed. It has been a miracle. She used to wake up in Pain in the morning, but now she just wakes up! I think that being in your bed helps her feel better, especially after over-exerting herself during the day. We are in our mid 40's, so we aren't frail old folks, but no matter how old you are, a good nite's sleep is beneficial. To top off the whole thing, the prices of these beds are much less expensive than the mattresses that everyone else sells. I wish the whole country could know that a made in US product can be less expensive, perform better and create jobs for Americans. It can be done! I was about 7 months pregnant when my husband and I were looking into getting a new mattress. Our old mattress was a Sealy Posturpedic spring mattress. I would wake up every morning with a lot of Pain in my hips from sleeping on my sides. I would pile multiple comforters on top of my side of the bed to make it softer and cushier. I bought the king size 11" PacDown without the down cover (I guess that was an option then) in Oct 2010. I also got a water proof cover just in case I was going to have a warranty issue (but there was no issue). It came with two pillows also.

Prior to, my wife and I slept on a queen, old school, firm mattress with a cheap 2" memory foam topper on it for about 6 years. The topper smelled really bad when we got it and eventually the smell went mostly away. I decided to upgrade to a king due to my two year old jumping in bed with us at night and me losing sleeping room.

At the time, I researched everywhere on memory foam and concluded for me that this was the best bet for us. (I do not know what, if anything has changed since then in terms of "technology"). I wanted a Tempur-Pedic, but decided I would not spend that much. After looking on every legitmate website I could think of, I had narrowed it down to this one and one at Sears for just under twice the price. (The Sears one at the time was half the price of a Tempur-Pedic). I bought because the price was very fair and the sales pitch seemed logicly written. The fact that it was made in the US is why I pulled the trigger.

I was excited when it showed up and noticed the FedEx guy giving me the evil eye when I went to sign for it. After he left, I learned why. Small box, BIG weight (for one guy) I lugged it into the house and followed the directions exactly, then put the water proof cover on top. Very little smell at first, gone within 3 days, all the smell.

I am 6'3" and my weight bounces between 200 and 230. My wife is 5'4 and 125. I have Back Pain generally, and only on the BedInABox mattress do I wake up without Back Pain. The mattress is comfy for both of us and the kids (go to sleep only two people in bed, wake up with four).

I would get hot sometimes, (I get hot, not the matteress) and I put a synthetic down comforter on the cover, then 2 unfitted sheets, then the fitted sheet and I do not get hot anymore.

I would buy this again, and I will be buying the twin ones for the kids when it is time.

The biggest surprise was those goofy looking pillows that showed up with it. I have owned down and feather, down only, soft regular, and firm regular pillows. I loved my down pillow, but slowly over the last 2+ years I now only use the goofy pillow. I even travel with it. In fact, I logged in today to see if they have a king version of it.

We can't say enough, how much we love this mattress! My husband has 4 herniated disc, a fractured vertebra and spinal degeneration. Before the new mattress, he awoke every morning stiff and sore, until he could spend a couple of hours moving and working the Pain out some. We bought the bedinabox mattress with hopes that it would help with this. We were NOT disappointed! He's no longer stiff or hurting in the mornings. Now, the only time he hurts is if he has done something he shouldn't have. We're so glad we took a chance on this product! I think anyone that has Back problems would be doing themselves a huge favor in trying one, besides what can it hurt? You have a great trial period if someone doesn't like it!

We bought the bamboo plus. We had tried some memory foam mattresses at the store and found them to be way to firm to enjoy, but of course my husband needed something firm for his Back, but he still wanted comfort. When we read the information on the bamboo plus we were sold. It has the firmness of the memory foam mattresses, but it's pillow top lets you have the plushness that lets you rest comfortably against the firm memory foam. The combination is like sleeping on a cloud. The one draw Back, is having to constantly run the kids off of it. They are always trying to take over the bed because it feels so good!

It did take a little time to get use to. Any mattress change can do that but when he woke up that first morning and said wow, I'm not stiff we knew we had made the right choice.

My husband has Crohns Disease and has also had to have Back surgery. Because of all the medicines he has to take including Prednizone his bones are very brittle. I purchased the pacbamboo style mattress from Bedinabox. I will say that it has been my best mattress purchase to date and will be the only one for the duration. Here's the details: I was a water-bed aficionado for a long time then switched to a regular bed (a good one).It soon became uncomfortable but due to the prices we waited. I had some lower Back Pain and in an attempt to help my wife finally chose to get a new one and I had the "go ahead". I have had a full month to sleep on my new mattress and I have to tell you this. When I slept in my waterbed, I used to wake up all hours of the night and my arms would be asleep. After sleeping on various mattress's for more than 70 years (from bargain basement to top of the line units) and after one full month of research into "memory foam" mattresses' I decided to purchase the Bed In A Box PacDown Plus 11" Memory Foam Mattress with European White Goose Down Cover Twin Mattress.

For the past 12 months I have enjoyed the most comfortable nights' of sleep. I can honestly say "The Bed In A Box mattress is, beyond any doubt, the best, most relaxing, comfortable mattress I have ever used", And I have been around for a long time.

No one ever said its use would help alleviate my major Back problems BUT I can assure I have less Pain after a sound good nights sleep on this mattress.

The bed arrived and I couldn't wait to open it. I opened the box and the mattress sprung to life and expanded in minutes, I put the water proof cover and the goose down cover on top of that. I was pleasantly surprised by how well made the goose down cover was but disappointed that it was not as thick as I had envisioned. Still the bed felt soft but firm when I laid down on it. I slept that first night and woke up the next day without the debilitating Pain in my hips. I was in love. I slept on the bed through the end of my pregnancy. I did end up with hip Pain again but not until the last month.

I had planned a home birth but did not plan to give birth on the Pac down plus. I had prepared my old king size box spring bed in the master bedroom with a special cover and several old sheets for the birth. As it turns out I was only in labor for 20 minutes and couldn't move. I ended up birthing on my Pac down plus. I can't say I was particularly worried about the bed when the midwives finally arrived but I was extremely happy when they told me that the mattress was fine. The told me that nothing had even reached the mattress cover and only the goose down cover needed to be washed. I was completely prepared to throw the cover away but after one wash it looked brand new.

I love the bed. I have never seen and indentations in it after sleeping on it all night. I can't think of anything I don't like about it.

We (my husband and I) have spent a number of years and a lot of money and trials trying to get a bed that is comfortable for me. I've had some of the best: pillow tops, firm, not so firm and a highly respected foam mattress. Most recently I have tossed and turned because of sags, lumps and bumps, and from pressure, on a mattress from a well known, respected mattress company. I have some health problems that cause joint Pains and all over Pain when my body has pressure.

When I won my bed from Bedinabox.com, I was elated. First off, I had never won anything and secondly I desperately needed a new bed. The bed we had was one that my Great Grandmother had made Back in the day and it was hard, very uncomfortable and was literally a Pain to sleep on. I had one of those cheap egg crate foam things on it and no matter what I did, I could not get a good nights sleep on it. My memory foam bed arrived shortly after I started going to the ever so great Chiropractor for my Back. He told me that my neck was out of whack for several reasons and specifically said sleeping the wrong way was a major contribution to my problems. My husband & I could not be more pleased with our purchase! One of the best investments we've made! This bed is by far the most comfortable bed we've ever slept on. Our previous "expensive" bed ended up with a "crater" impression from our bodies after only a year and it was causing a lot of Back Pain and insomnia. We also experienced night sweats. Ok, So let me start by saying that I am a complete skeptic! I never believe anything that sounds too good to be true. Your foam mattress deal was something I couldn't believe. We have a european bed and needed a special size mattress. I had been looking for one for months and had checked out all of the major memory foam companies. I kept getting quotes that varied from $2,500 to 3,000+. Then I came across your website and I thought, "No way, this can't be real...look at these prices!" I called right away and asked a load of questions. Your customer service rep. Tracy(sp?) was so great in answering all of them. She was so helpful in giving me the information I needed. She even called me Back with extra information and answers. I got a quote that was unbelievable and even had to take a week to decided if this was too good to be true. I did more research and could find nothing negative about this company. We finally decided to make the order for our special sized bed. The memory foam mattress came in a week, along with the waterproof pad and down mattress pad. I was blown away with the fast delivery. Every other company said a special order would take 6-10 weeks. We put it on our foundation and WOW! This mattress is amazing! It feels so good and is soft and supportive at the same time...the ultimate comfort! My husband has terrible Back Pain from so many years of service in the ARMY and this mattress is perfect for him. How could this be real??? I have purchased 5 different brands of "memory foam" mattresses and can tell you they are so NOT all the same. The brand I kept is Bedinabox.com. I did so because the quality of the mattress was unmatched even by the higher price brands, the price is fair for a lifetime product, and the company has customer service that is rarely available in USA these days. I completely love the 9" PacBed Original because it is just the right density for my taste. I weigh 150 and am 6 foot tall and have broken vertebrae in my Back and neck 3 times and sleep with no Pain on this mattress. I purchased a bamboo cover as well, but felt it took away the softness and support of the foam, my girlfriend loves it and thinks it makes the bed softer so there is some preference to these products that you may have to experiment with concerning the types of covers. I will say the quality of the bamboo cover is excellent, as I am sure are all the covers, I just prefer the basic mattress with the terrycloth cover. However you choose, start with this companies products and save yourself thousands of $$ and hours of time trying to find the best mattress at the best price. Our Bedinabox.com Memory Foam Mattress is awesome! It's like sleeping on a firm cloud. Sleeping on our old mattress aggrevated my shoulder (bursitis) and I was using medication for the Pain. I was ready to give in and go get a cortizone shot. We bought the bamboo cover which keeps the mattress at a comfortable level, heatwise. I've heard some people complain about heat with other brands of foam mattresses or pads. Cloud nine is what we call our new bed in a box mattress. We had an old spring mattress and were looking for a memory foam to replace it but could not afford all the fancy name brands so just by great luck I found the bed in a box website and was elated. I looked it over carefully and then gave them a call to check them out. I found that they were very helpful and positive with no hard sell just a few recommendations and I felt very positive with the information that I received and made an order right then an there. In less than a week we received our new mattress and it was so easy to get into the house and on the bed frame. When it opened up and expanded the memory foam side was on top so all I had to do was add sheets and it was ready to sleep on. The first night we knew that we had a winner. We woke up with no sore spots unlike the old spring mattress. We bought a Bed-in-a-Box about six months ago, and I can honestly say that both my husband and I love it!!! Before we got this mattress we had been sleeping on a mattress that was so hard, it was almost more comfortable to sleep on the floor. We just wanted you to know how happy we are with our new mattresses that we purchased from you. We needed to replace our mattress which was 15 years old as well as the ones for our kids which we had purchased when they were little. Their mattresses were spring and they were complaining about waking up with Back Pain now that one is a teenager and the other one is almost one. We visited our neighborhood mattress store where we happen to know the owners. We were looking into buying two twin mattresses for our boys and one king for ourselves.

I was really stepping out on a limb when I spent a small chunk of change about 18 months ago for a Bedinabox mattress. I assembled the box frame, which seemed a bit on the flimsy side. It is topped with a large peice of cardbaord as opposed to wood. Nevertheless, after it is all assembled properly, it definitely does its job. There have been no complaints in the six months or so since purchase. The frame does its job.

The mattress itself has been pure pleasure. My wife and I look forward to going to sleep. We wake up without any Pain, cramps, or stiffness. There have been times when a pillow has slipped away from me in the middle of the night, yet the mattress itself provides enough support for my neck so that I do not wake up with a pinched nerve.

If you need to, you can get up in the middle of the night without disturbing your partner, the foam is that responsive. I will never go Back to another spring mattress. You guys are great!!!! I placed my order for my bed on Monday and it came on Thursday!!! WOW!!! I could not get the foundation put together fast enough. (haha) I wanted to get that bed out and have it ready for sleeping that night. I have fibromyalgia, lupus and arthritis and just do not get a rested sleep. I wake up with lots of Pain and stiffness. I purchased my bed in April. I have to admit I was skeptical upon ordering but heres what brought me to make the order and why I'm glad I did. I became frustrated with the mattress stores and high pressure sales; I felt like I was buying a car when I walked into those mattress warehouses. Its a bed, I will be the one sleeping it, let me pick it out and I don't wanna negotiate the price! So after giving up on conventional beds, I went online, and started my research on memory foam mattresses. I never could get a good nights sleep due to health issues, so I decided to look at memory foam mattresses, I could not afford the big brand name mattress so I looked at other options.
